What happens when I contact you?

If we have availability for the dates you have requested, you are asked to fill in a form then invited to the home of the person that will be looking after your cat. 

How many cats does the Notting Hill Cat Company look after at once?

We only look after one (or two cats from the same household) at a time.

Can I meet the person looking after my cat and see where they are staying?

Yes of course. All our customers are invited to meet me (or the boarding agent in question) in their home before booking.

How much do you charge?

NHCC charges £40 for a single cat for an overnight stay (24 hr period) and £50 for two cats for an overnight stay. Cat/s must be dropped off and picked up between 8am and 8pm.

What if I have to cancel the booking. Do you have a refund policy?

Last minute cancellations are charged at full price unless there are exceptional circumstances and we are able to fill the booking. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.

Is there a minimum amount of time my cat has to board with you?

During busy times such as Christmas,  priority is given to bookings of two weeks and more. Of course, we will try to accommodate you for a shorter booking, so it is always worth asking. 

Does my cat need to be vaccinated before boarding with Notting Hill Cat Company?

All cats are required to provide proof of up to date vaccinations for Feline panleukopenia (enteritis), Feline herpes virus (cat flu), Feline calicivirus (cat flu), OPTIONAL FIV Leukaemia. It is also required that your cat has up to date, vet prescribed, flea treatment. All Cats Must Be Neutered.
