How we have adapted our services during the COVID 19 crisis

We hope you and your family are all keeping well during this difficult period.

Whilst many of us are spending alot of time at home at the moment there may still be occasions when you need our services.

You may need to self isolate with a family member or spend time away from home for a variety of other reasons.

Whatever the reason we are still available to look after your cat/s although there may be some difference in our approach.

Please inform us if anyone in your haome has or is suspected of having Covid 19 so we can take suitable precautions.

Booking priority will be given to Key Workers

CAT BOARDING: Where your cat or cats stays with one of our Kitty Happiness Officers (KHO's) in there home.

For our regular customers, the only difference would be in how you drop your kitty off. Due to current lockdown restrictions, your kitty/s handover will have to be on the doorstep. We will do our best to pair you with a Kitty Happiness Officer that you and your cat already know and love, but if this is not possible we can arrange for a meeting with one of our other experienced KHO's via  Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp video call.

For new customers, once the forms have been filled in and we have found a Kitty Happiness Officer to look after your cat we would normally arrange for a meeting in their home. As this is not possible during this time, we can arrange for a virtual meeting over Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp, or if easier we can arrange for a telephone meeting.

CAT SITTING: Where we make daily visits to your cat/s in your home.

For our regular customers, if we already hold a key then it is business as usual, otherwise, you can leave the key at a prearranged time in the key safe outside my home, I will send you the details. If this is not possible just let me know so we can make another arrangement. 

For new customers, once the forms have been filled in we would normally visit you and your cat in your home as this is no longer possible we can arrange for a virtual meeting over Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp, or if easier we can arrange for a telephone meeting.

Payment: We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total fee for all bookings and cannot refund last minute cancellations. The minimum deposit is £30.

EMERGENCY CARE PLAN FOR YOUR PETS

We strongly advise all pet owners to make an emergency care plan in case they fall ill during the

Corona Virus outbreak. Please fill in the RSPCA EMERGENCY PET CARE FORM and display it visibly in your 

home to ensure that should the worst happen there will be someone to care for your pet.
