Notting Hill Cat Company takes the protection of your data seriously.
All of your personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
We receive, collect and store any information you provide us with or enter onto our website.
This is used by Notting Hill Cat Company only to provide the care for your cats as specified by you on the forms you provide us with. This is the only source of your data that we use unless you provide new information to replace any or all of it.
Notting Hill Cat Company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. Wix store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. A copy of your data is also stored on Google Drive and in the contacts of my iPad/iPhone and Powerbook which is backed up onto the Apple iCloud. All these devices are password protected and if stolen can be remotely locked and data deleted.
Your contact details, name, address, phone number, email address will be used
to confirm/arrange future bookings,
send invoices in respect of bookings and
to update you on your cats whilst you are away
Should you no longer wish to use our service, your details held in our records will be destroyed. Similarly, information that has not been used after a period of 24 months since previously used will be destroyed.

Your personal information will not be shared with other persons or organisations outside of Notting Hill Cat Company and is never shared on social media or other websites. However, if there is an emergency whereby Notting Hill Cat Company is suddenly unable to care for your pet whilst you are away, a process is in place whereby care can be arranged to ensure the safety of your pet.
