Cat Boarding and Cat Sitting Cancellation Policy

DURING OUR BUSIEST PERIODS (EASTER, AUGUST & CHRISTMAS/NEW YEAR) CANCELLATIONS MADE BETWEEN O DAYS AND ONE MONTH BEFORE THE SCHEDULED BOOKING ARE CHARGED AT FULL PRICE
All cancellations made after the invoice is issued are subject to a *£30 administration fee.
• For cancellations made between 21-14 days before the first date of the scheduled booking (ie first visit date or first date of boarding) 25% of the total balance is required.
• For cancellations made between 14-7 days before the first date of scheduled booking (ie first visit date or first date of boarding) 50% of the total balance is required.
• For cancellations made between 0-7 days before the first date of the scheduled booking (ie first visit date or first date of boarding) the full balance is required.
• Cancellations made that are due to exceptional unforeseen circumstances including a government imposed travel ban are entitled to a full refund minus a *£30 administration fee.
• Standard cancellation policy will apply if your destination is considered open for travel and you have chosen to change or cancel your booking for personal reasons.
