Lumi and Leni: Dominique became firm friends with our cats Lumi and Leni on her first visit. They immediately warmed to her and seemed confident having her around even though they are normally very shy with new people. Now that Dominique has looked after them during a couple of our holidays they absolutely adore her. She is very interactive and clearly loves cats, spending time with them and caring for them. Milo: We were very nervous about leaving Milo with anyone as he is not only a scaredy-cat but this will be the first time we have left him anywhere. But i can honestly say that dominique did a great job with him. She was patient and kind and fulfilled all his needs, in conjunction with his particular personality. Her house is lovely and perfect for a cat with the safe balcony. She arranged a visit for us beforehand very quickly and it was clear that her and her home were safe and welcoming. Milo came back a very happy chappy and he also conquered a few of his fears, which tells me that dominique spent the time getting to know him and encourage him, which was very sweet. Cookie: We requested Dominique's assistance when we had to leave for 3 weeks and I'm so glad that we chose her.We chose the cat sitting option where she visited our home daily to check on cookie, feed her and spend some time with her. Dominique sent us daily updates with photos on whatsapp which helped alleviate our separation anxiety greatly.When our mischievous brat managed to open a shut door and lock herself in a room one night, she made 2 visits the next day to check in on her.She really cares for cats and our cat loved her. Milo and Phoebe: We are very happy about the way Dominique has been looking after Milo and Phoebe. Unlike our previous pet hotel experience, throughout our holiday, Dominique gave us regular updates via WhatsApp of pictures of them and descriptions of their daily antics. She seems to have built strong relationships with both of the cats and had them very well groomed. Our cats loved Dominique’s Valerian owl.
