Can you administer medication at a specific time?
I can administer Insulin within the specific time range as required. Please give as much notice as possible before booking this service as I will need to organise my schedule around your cat"s medication.
Can you administer medication in the middle of the night?
No. If your cat needs medicine during the night I would suggest our home boarding option.
What will you do if my pet becomes ill while I am away?
If we suspect that something is wrong with your pet, we will call you at the emergency phone numbers we have on file for you. We will describe the situation with your pet. If you believe the veterinarian should see your pet, we will transport your pet to the veterinarian's office for examination and treatment. In the event we cannot reach you, we will decide if your pet should be seen by the veterinarian. If necessary, we will take your pet for treatment. You will be billed for transport costs and any extra time we spend on these services.
Does my pet need to be registered with a vet before I sign up with your service?
I recommend that your cat is registered with a local vet and will ask for the details on our introductory visit. If your cat is not registered and becomes ill we may have to take them to an emergency vet which can be extremely expensive and time consuming. You will be billed for our time, the cost of the emergency vet, our time and transport costs.
Will you update me on my cat/s progress?
Yes, I can update you as regularly as you would like. If you have a smart phone and use Whatsapp I am happy to send photos and occasionally short videos of your cat. If not I can update you via email or text.
How do you calculate payment?
Payment is calculated by the distance you are from Notting Hill Cat Company in W11. Costs start at £18 per 30 minute visit.
What sort of payment do you accept?
Preferred payment is by bank transfer and my account details will be on your invoice. You can also pay by cash.
