Can we specify a specific time for you to visit our cat/s
You can specify morning or evening visits (priority is always given to cats that need timed medication i.e diabetic cats) but we cannot guarantee a specific time slot although we will try to honour any requests made.
What does your insurance cover?
All Notting Hill Cat Company Employees are covered by the policy detailed below.

Section 3-Employers Liability £10,000,000 any one accident or series of accidents arising out of the original cause Section 4- Public/Products liability 5000,000 any one accident or series of accidents arising out of the original cause
Section 4- Care, Custody and Control £15,000 any one accident or series of accidents arising out of the original cause (your legal liability to animals in your care)
Section 4- Non Negligent Cover £15,000 any one accident or series of accidents arising out of the original cause (your legal liability to animals in your care)
Section 4- Key Cover £10,000 In the aggregate any one period of insurance
Will I meet the sitter who will be looking after my cat/s?
Yes, once the forms are filled out we will arrange a meeting between you and the cat sitter.
Will the same cat sitter come for each visit?
Yes unless there is an emergency in which case you will be informed straight away. We will find another trusted cat sitter, either a registered colleague with their own company or an employee of Notting Hill Cat Company.
Do you need to see proof of vaccinations for my cats?
No, but I do ask about your cat/s medical history in case your cat gets ill and needs medical treatment.
What types of medicine can you administer?
I can administer pills, drops, ointments and insulin injections. If you are unsure please ask.
