Nimbus and Maggie: "I had a last minute situation and needed someone to keep my cats while I was away when Dominique came to the rescue!  She was  amazing about the fact it was an emergency and took them on the spot. Mine are indoor cats and therefore have no contact  with other cats so a regular cattery would be quite traumatic for them, but here they got to be alone in a peaceful environment  which was perfect. They also got a lot of attention and she clearly loves cats and knows how to treat them with patience and  kindness. I would absolutely leave them there again in a heartbeat."   Flavia August 2013

Fritz: Dominique I would like to thank you for taking such good care of young Fritz when he stayed with you.  I have never boarded any of my cats before but I wanted my old cat to have some time alone while I was away and I was really worried about sending Fritz away.  I really am so pleased that you were suggested to me.  It was great being able to go on your blog while I was away to see how he was getting on and read about your time with him, I was quite prepared for him to not want to come home and be huffy with me for a couple of days as he was having so much fun.  So now we are best of friends again and Mitsou was happy to have him back home as well.  His experience was so good that if I ever need to send him off for a little holiday again you will be my first choice, thank you so much. Ninon http://www.bicycleworkshop.co.uk/ September 2013

Poppy and Lucy: Dominique looked after my cats beautifully for 4 weeks and I often worried that they wouldn't want to come home after such a fantastic holiday. I had builders in who insisted on leaving the front door open and I worried my adorable cats would wander off. Finding Dominique was the perfect solution. She certainly has the magic touch and arranged everything including the taxi to pick them up and drop them off. The building work was extended twice and Dominique twice extended their stay. I did miss my furry friends but was reassured to know they were getting lots of love and attention. The blog is marvellous I really enjoyed it and have seriously suggested that Dominique become a cat diarist or write a book as she knows her subjects so well. Since coming home Poppy and Lucy are calm and happy and have quickly settled back into their usual routine. I now know that anytime I need to go away Poppy and Lucy will have a 'home from home' with Dominique.  I cannot recommend NHCB highly enough.
